Did you try an uninstall and reinstall of the device driver? I double checked the installation and I see in the installed programs VirtualBox 4. Our infrastructure team is overburdened as it is and I want to be reasonably sure before I approach them to help us reinstall the tools.

If you are moving accelerqted vm from one brand of virtualisation software to another you should always remove the additions before you start, and install the additions for the new software when the conversion is complete. Any idea what to install instead resp.
